By creating an account or using Onlylinks in any way, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have read and understand these terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You may not create accounts using automated means or under false pretenses.
• One person or entity may maintain only one free account.

You agree not to use Onlylinks to:

• Shorten or share URLs that contain malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive content
• Circumvent geographic restrictions or deceive users about link destinations
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Harvest or collect user data from the platform without authorization
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the security of our systems
• Share links to content that is illegal, hateful, or promotes violence

We reserve the right to disable any link or account that violates these terms without notice.

• You control the visibility of your public profile via the publish toggle in your dashboard.
• By publishing your profile, you agree that it is publicly accessible at your chosen username URL.
• You retain ownership of the content you add to your link tree.
• We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that violate our policies or impersonate others.

Click analytics collected through your shortened links and link tree (browser type, OS, country, referrer) are displayed to you as the link owner. This data is anonymized and does not identify individual visitors. You agree to use this analytics data only in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

The Onlylinks platform, including its design, code, and brand, is owned by Onlylinks and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

Content you create (links, profile content) remains your property. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content as needed to operate the platform.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onlylinks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or $10 if you have not paid anything).

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your public profile and shortened links will be deactivated.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
